* Develop and implement backend features and integrations using Python and Django.
 * Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
 * Conduct performance testing and system optimization.
 * Enhance monitoring systems and ensure the health of Kubernetes clusters.
 * Participate in rotational on-call support for platform reliability.
