Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborating with departments, providing training, and fostering a positive atmosphere for reporting system deficiencies and improvements. The ability to think critically and problem-solve will be crucial in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of health information technology systems., + Associates of Arts (AA) Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science and/or 2+ years of direct experience with databases. Knowledge of Electronic Medical Records, lCD and SQL. Knowledge of HIPAA, clinical software and understanding of active directory and software backups.
