## About the Role

* Familiarity with UI/UX principles
 * Knowledge of and experience using LLMs as part of a code solution workflow
 * Ability to learn new technologies quickly
 * Strong communication skills, willingness to ask questions
 * Proficiency with Python or another Object-Oriented Programming language

Nice to Have:

 * Experience with LLM UI Open-Source software such as OpenWebUI
 * Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers
 * Experience with Kubernetes/Helm
 * Familiarity with Argo CD and/or other CI/CD frameworks
 * Experience supporting production software using SRE best practices
 * Experience with Docker and containerization

Experience Required: 3 years with Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 7 years without degree

We're seeking a software engineer to support our AI infrastructure team at Columbia, MD. In this role, you'll develop and maintain high-quality tools and applications that enable seamless use of AI by the workforce., * Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for the workforce to use

 * Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of AI tools
 * Modify FOSS (Free and Open-Source Software) to accommodate customer's use cases
 * Regularly engage with customers to elicit requirements and develop solutions
 * Maintain existing customer-facing infrastructure and applications for reliable services
