* Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar technical role.
 * Strong skill set in BAS programming, system start-up, and troubleshooting.
 * Familiarity with multiple BAS platforms; Tridium Niagara proficiency is a plus.

## Description

* Develop and program BAS controllers, logic blocks, and detailed sequences of operation.
 * Prepare BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and control system drawings.
 * Configure and integrate communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
 * Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineering staff.
 * Commission programs, conduct functional testing, and confirm system performance.
 * Utilize and enforce standardized engineering and programming methodologies.
 * Coordinate BAS integration efforts with HVAC, MEP, and IT project teams.
 * Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, controllers, and IoT-based devices.
