Preferred Qualifications * Power BI, Snowflake, and Dataiku experience is a plus. * Insurance Industry experience preferred. * Ability to anticipate future needs and challenges. * Has organizational and prioritization skills, effective judgment, and can make timely decisions with appropriate information. * Has a strong relationship building skill. ## Description Manage a small BI team to design and deliver scalable reporting and data solutions. Drive BI strategy, architecture, ETL and data warehouse development, liaise with business and technical stakeholders, mentor staff, and support BI tool evaluation and vendor selection., Facilitate and manage activities of the Data and Analytics Business Intelligence team, supporting the ongoing development of technical architecture, self-service reporting solutions, and BI (Business Intelligence) deliverables.
