This is a manufacturing-focused field service role ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys diagnosing equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, improving manufacturing processes, and traveling to customer sites for installations and repairs. This position combines time in the Fort Wayne office supporting customers and coordinating repairs with project-based travel to government production facilities and correctional institutions across multiple states. You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Support, and Fulfillment teams to minimize equipment downtime and ensure critical government production operations continue running efficiently.
