Verbal Communication Skills, We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations at a clinical location. This is a contract opportunity ideal for candidates with healthcare administrative experience who thrive in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Serving as the first point of contact for patients - greeting, checking in, and directing them appropriately
 * Answering and managing a high volume of incoming calls and scheduling patient appointments
 * Managing incoming electronic faxes, correspondence, and administrative documentation
 * Preparing patient materials and supporting clinical staff with procedural preparation as needed
 * Maintaining accurate records and navigating the Epic EMR system
 * Delivering excellent customer service in every patient and staff interaction, Veeva
