Desired Experience * Demonstrated Systems Engineering Experience with focus on Airworthiness and Flight Clearance Development, Risk Management toolsets utilized. * Experience working System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs) in accordance with the DOD 5000 and SECNAV instructions as well as with the Integrated Systems Engineering Environment (ISEE). * Experience with coordinating and participating in a wide variety of technical meetings including IPT and prime contractor meetings, system working group meetings, technical interchange meetings, program review meetings, and other meetings as required/directed. Followed by the preparation and distribution of meeting minutes, action items and follow-up coordination. * Development and execution of + Sound systems engineering processes and plans + Acquisition strategies + Integrated Government schedules * Utilization of NAVAIR Management Tools ## Description Sabre Systems is currently hiring an APME Technical Support Analyst to support Unmanned Carrier Aviation Program Office (PMA-268) located at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD. The APME Technical Support Analyst provides direct technical support to the APME (CHENG) and Military Class Desk, ensuring the rigorous application of systems engineering principles across the program. The role focuses on the planning and execution of engineering events, facilitation of technical reviews, and the management of critical engineering artifacts and processes. This position is integral to maintaining the technical baseline, managing risks, and ensuring the integrity of the engineering development process from planning through execution. This position does allow for a hybrid schedule. * Attend and run meetings in person.
