 * Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across IT systems and infrastructure, minimizing downtime.
 * Apply DevOps principles and tools to automate system provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
 * Manage and operate services and resources within the AWS cloud environment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and security.
 * Conduct software testing and quality assurance activities to validate system functionality and reliability.
