 * Core Tech: Deep hands-on expertise in Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Security), alongside proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go.
 * Systems & Cloud: Strong background in microservices, distributed event-driven systems, relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP with Docker/Kubernetes).
 * Methodologies: Proven experience with Lean Software Development, pair programming, TDD, Trunk-Based Development, and CI/CD.
 * Key Differentiators: Experience with Knowledge Graphs, ML/AI Feature stores, or leveraging AI in software solutions.

## Description

* Architecture & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable APIs, microservices, and system integrations.
 * Technical Quality: Drive lean development practices, code quality, TDD, and safe, frequent production deployments.
 * Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor junior/intermediate engineers, partner with Engineering Managers on performance/hiring, and collaborate across teams to shape tech strategy.
 * Risk & Performance: Proactively identify and resolve system performance and scalability bottlenecks.
