## Description

Slalom is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support a large-scale ERP+ transformation, with responsibility for coordinating technology changes across non-ERP (edge) applications. This role ensures that legacy platforms, custom applications, and cloud services evolve in sync with the ERP program while minimizing disruption to business operations.

This position operates above individual projects, providing strategic oversight, dependency management, and executive-level governance, while partnering closely with Project Managers responsible for day-to-day delivery., * Orchestrate technology changes across multiple interdependent edge applications impacted by ERP rollout

 * Manage cross-project dependencies, risks, and release coordination
 * Partner with architecture and integration teams to ensure compliant, scalable integrations (APIs, middleware, event-driven workflows)
 * Provide executive-ready reporting on system readiness, risks, and value realization
 * Lead global and regional rollout planning, including deployments and system retirements
 * Serve as the single point of accountability for non-ERP technology changes tied to ERP go-live
 * Champion modernization, automation, and application rationalization efforts
