Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority ## Description We are looking for a highly capable Quality Technical Program Manager to serve as the right hand to the Quality Manager. This role is responsible for leading the quality aspects of new programs from inception through launch and into sustained production. You will own the deployment of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), drive structured problem solving, establish robust quality business processes, and deliver measurable improvements in field reliability, production yield, and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role that combines deep technical quality expertise with strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
