This person will report to the Chief Technology Officer of ArmadaCare for supervision purposes. This position is responsible for maintaining infrastructure, security, database, and applications., * Manage IT and security requests for the SOC 2 Type 2 Annual Audit; ensure compliance with relevant security and privacy standards, collaborate with internal and external partners, and provide documentation upon request. * Manage Outsourced Help Desk, ensuring reported issues are promptly addressed and resolved. * Manage organizational security; enforce security policies and best practices to safeguard the company's IT infrastructure and data and regularly assess and enhance security measure to mitigate risks. * Manage vendor relationships, ensuring that contracts, service level agreements, and deliverables are met. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations as needed to ensure timely and cost-effective services. * Oversee Salesforce activity and development. * Conduct regular database maintenance and performance monitoring. Address any issues to ensure optimal database functionality and reliability. * Assist with application and user support, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues. * Monitor multi-database synchronizations for accuracy. * Regularly test systems for weaknesses and identify areas of improvement.
