Desired Skills * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification. * Experience delivering software products within Department of Defense environments. * Familiarity with Army modernization initiatives, Mission Command systems, or Command and Control applications. * Experience supporting cloud-native software development using containerized microservices. * Familiarity with Kubernetes, OCI containers, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software delivery methodologies. * Exposure to RMF, Authority to Operate (ATO), IL5/IL6 environments, and secure cloud deployment practices. * Experience supporting AI-enabled software products. * Experience collaborating with geographically distributed software development teams. * Prior experience supporting operational military customers, software fielding activities, or forward deployed engineering teams. ## Description As the Agile servant leader for one or more cross-functional software development teams, you will facilitate Agile execution, coach teams on Scrum best practices, remove delivery impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
