* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * 10+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development
 * Expertise in Java, Python, and Linux environments
 * Focus on distributed asynchronous event driven systems, trading workflows, messaging frameworks, performance optimization, within Capital Markets environments.
 * Strong trading systems and low latency engineering background required
 * Deep knowledge of low latency messaging systems such as Kafka or 29West
 * Proficiency with KDB+ or similar time-series databases
 * Strong background in distributed, asynchronous, and event-driven applications
 * Advanced understanding of low latency design patterns and performance tuning techniques
 * Familiarity with FIX protocol and FIX engines
 * Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS
