Openings are available for day, night, and swing shifts. This is a full-time, position. You will provide technical support via phone and email for equipment operating worldwide. The supported equipment includes but is not limited to servers, specialized appliances, data collection systems, sensors, and networks. Our current shift opening is for 00:00-8:30 am overnight which includes weekends. This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration.
