This is a full-time position working out of our Champaign, IL location. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This position reports into our office in Champaign, IL location. Local candidates preferred. However, we are considering hybrid/remote work arrangements. Typical pay for this position is $110,000-$125,000 annually. The final offer for this position will be based on the unique experience and qualifications of the candidate selected. The Oracle Fusion Developer is responsible for the design and development of the Horizon's Oracle Fusion and WMS environments. This is a hands-on role that collaborates with business stakeholders to deliver support and solutions in support of the business objectives., * Configure and customize Oracle Fusion applications * Develop technical solutions, reports, interfaces, extensions, and workflows * Perform data migration using FBDI templates * Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues * Create technical documentation and conduct training sessions * Leads on the designs, development, coding, testing and debugging software applications/systems to meet the specifications. * Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of applications * Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion and WMS tools and technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system functionality * Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute Oracle Fusion and WMS related projects * Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency * Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion and WMS applications and provide guidance to team members * Partners and collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. * Manages design, architecture and build phases aimed at producing high-quality deliverables. * Owns the software documentation and user manuals.
