Certification: CAPM or Project+ Experience: * Minimum of 5 years of configuration management experience supporting enterprise IT environments. * Experience supporting DoD, Federal Government, or large enterprise organizations. * Experience with CMDBs, asset management, change management, baseline management, version control, technical documentation, and audit support.
