When you join us as a Clinical Systems Solutions Strategist, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: * Design, test, document, implement, optimize, support and maintain working knowledge of RadNet's internal clinical systems across all Radiology related workflows including, but not limited to: RIS, PACS, Dictation Systems, Image Exchange Solutions, Health Information Exchanges, Online Portals, Electronic Interfaces, Professional only services, Technical only services, Mammo Tracking and Utilization Management * Train members of our Operations and/or Radiologist teams on clinical operations workflows and/or clinical systems functionality * Advocate for system feature enhancements and/or changes made proactively by oneself or by other members of our organization; track status of requests and provide users with periodic status updates * Troubleshoot bugs identified by oneself or by other members of our organization. Identify and communicate workarounds, while collaborating with IT to develop and implement permanent solutions. * Support users with clinical system or workflow related issues; escalating as appropriate * Monitor worklists (Activity, Pending PACS Correction, Patient Merge, etc.) in our clinical systems to ensure studies continue to progress through our workflows.
