Preferred Experience * Experience in a global organization * Familiarity with OCM methodologies * Experience working with cross functional and remote teams * Experience supporting phased or wave based global deployments * Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required * Experience supporting IT projects, system deployments, or digital transformation initiatives. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1, H-1, H-2, L, B, J, or TN or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire. ## Description The Project Manager, OCM Communications plays a key role in driving user awareness, engagement, and adoption across IT-led projects and deployments. This role is responsible for designing and executing effective communication strategies that support organizational change initiatives, ensuring that stakeholders are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change lifecycle. As part of the BRM and OCM function, this role partners closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful messaging aligned with business goals and Vertiv standards. The role contributes directly to successful adoption outcomes, measured through communication effectiveness, user readiness, and feedback mechanisms, and serves as the single point of accountability for OCM communications execution across assigned initiatives. This role supports the BRM Sr. Manager, OCM & Deployments, by leading communications workstreams across key projects/programs.
