This role oversees cost, schedule, technical compliance, and alignment with all contract and task order requirements. The PM provides leadership and direction for contractor personnel across multiple geographically dispersed sites, ensuring coordinated execution, integration, and modernization activities. The PM will manage multiple concurrent projects across several sites, maintaining visibility and control through resource-aware, dependency-driven planning. This includes supervising ongoing technical efforts, assigning work, overseeing execution, and ensuring successful delivery of modernization initiatives across the program. The PM leads stakeholder engagement at all levels, providing proactive communication, reporting, issue resolution, and strategic program guidance. This role is accountable for overall program quality, efficiency, and profitability, including technical performance and business operations.
