* 10+ years of experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
 * Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
 * Deep experience with Oracle Database, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and data modeling.
 * Experience working with legacy systems modernization and migration initiatives.

 * Experience with microservices architecture and DevOps practices.
 * Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise security standards.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

 * Experience modernizing government, judicial, or large enterprise systems.
 * Exposure to hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
