* TWIC Card or ability to obtain\n
 * Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills\n
 * Excellent communication ability\n
 * Outstanding organizational and time-management skills\n
 * In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks\n
 * Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles\n
 * Minimum 2 years of experience on IT / Communication equipment installation\n
 * Able to bend pipe and understand electrical National Electrical Codes\n

## Description

* Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work\n
 * Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)\n
 * Create Work Orders and Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule\n
 * Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance\n
 * Operating appropriate equipment to conduct work\n
 * Ability to be on call to support operational issues with cameras, signage, sensors, etc.\n
 * Other duties as assigned or requested\n
