## Description

This opportunity is with the Commercial Banking Billing Enhancement Group, focused on building and enhancing payment solutions. The team develops customer-facing applications that enable businesses to submit invoices and settle payments with external vendors through the Bill.com platform.
This is a hands-on 80% Backend / 20% Frontend development role where you'll contribute to the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications using modern Java technologies., * Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

 * Build and enhance backend services with a focus on performance and reliability
 * Develop frontend components using React
 * Design APIs, integration patterns, and scalable system architecture
 * Work with Kafka for event-driven and streaming solutions
 * Develop applications using Cassandra and CockroachDB
 * Deploy and manage applications in Kubernetes-based private cloud environments
 * Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and promote engineering best practices
 * Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements in reliability and performance
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC
