Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual content design, or technical content production. ## Description * Develop new Armis visual content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and technical writers, translating technical security content into clear, effective presentations for customer, partner, and internal audiences. * Work with stakeholders to develop compelling narratives, and expand presentations to reflect industry, regulatory, and product changes as required * Work with SMEs/content owners to deduplicate existing content and develop a master deck from which all other presentations can be derived from, minimising maintenance overhead and providing consistent and accurate messaging across stakeholder groups. * Support the wider Customer Security and Trust (CST) Team in developing bespoke presentations for events as required * Proof, update, and maintain the slideware ecosystem and optimise for AI consumption * Visual Design & Illustration * Create illustrations, diagrams, and infographics for use in other security collateral and training materials. * Coordinate with subject matter experts and members of the STAR team to identify opportunities for shared visual assets. * Ability to create animations that bring a concept to life and improve understanding is desirable, but not essential * Support the STAR Team in building and maintaining InDesign layouts for new content; manage document descriptions and keywords for use across platforms. Content Updates & Maintenance * Work with subject matter experts and the STAR Team to keep slideware and other content current and accurate. * Respond to approved change requests for updates, corrections, and enhancements. * Support the process to maintain currency of collateral in response to industry, regulatory, or product changes. * Organize materials for subject matter expert (SME) review and participate in the content maintenance process for document updates. * Submit updated assets for publication. Publishing & Digital Delivery * Update the internal webpage for newly published documents and upcoming events. * Manage external-facing delivery channels to ensure they meet the needs of their audience and are optimised for AI consumption. * Modify and apply HTML/CSS styling and brand standards to knowledge base articles used for the content maintenance process or as resource links from white papers.
