## Description

Work assigned tckets. Skilled at analyzing logs, graphs, reports, customer docs, past service tickets, down detector, the weather, sun spot activity, & bird migration is a must if it is relevant to the affected system. 5% of time installs of new or repaired equipment but mostly stay in house and work with installers. Be on call once every 5 weeks. (added pay)

Required specific IT Skills

 * Windows Server AD, Group policy, DNS, DHCP, More that just admin.
 * Windows 11 Pro down to the hardware.
 * Deep understanding or router configurations.
 * MS 365 email or Google email.
 * Trend Anti-virus and MS Defender anti-virus.
 * Access points and managed switches.
