The candidate will play a key role in product development, platform upgrades, integrations, and production support while collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders., * Design, configure, and develop solutions within the Duck Creek Billing platform. * Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and configurable solutions. * Develop and maintain: * Billing Rules * Product Configuration * Forms and Correspondence * Rating Components * Workflows * Billing Plans * Invoicing and Payment Processing Build and enhance integrations with: * Policy Administration Systems * Claims Systems * General Ledger / Finance Systems * Payment Gateways * Third-party services Develop and troubleshoot: * XML * XSLT * C# * SQL Server objects (Stored Procedures, Views, Functions) Support platform upgrades, cumulative releases, and Express 2 to Express 3 migrations.
