## Description

With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally., * Drive a long-term technical vision for Container-Optimized OS (COS) while collaborating across infrastructure teams to deliver integrations and resolve New Product Introduction (NPI) blockers.

 * Implement automation frameworks to eliminate systemic bottlenecks, reduce manual toil, and accelerate development cycles.
 * Leverage performance metrics and telemetry to refine engineering processes and maximize resource efficiency.
 * Mentor a team of engineers and cultivate future technical leads by delegating high-impact projects and encouraging extreme ownership.
 * Orchestrate project roadmaps and foster an environment centered on psychological safety, and high performance.
