## Description

Cyber B.A.T. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support mission-critical programs by developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems that enable our government customers' most important missions. This role involves designing and implementing software solutions for processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, real-time systems, business management information systems, and applications that process extremely large datasets.

What You'll Do

 * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements
 * Design and implement software solutions for processing-intensive analytics, real-time systems, and large-scale data processing applications
 * Develop and integrate novel algorithms and software capabilities supporting mission objectives
 * Work independently and collaboratively as part of an agile software development team
 * Review, test, and validate software components to ensure compliance with design requirements and quality standards
 * Document software testing activities and communicate results to project stakeholders
 * Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve software defects and problem reports
 * Participate in software design activities, including hardware/software trade-off analyses
 * Evaluate opportunities for software reuse and integration of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) solutions
 * Perform requirements analysis and translate system-level requirements into software component designs
 * Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle using appropriate software engineering methodologies
 * Collaborate with engineers, mission partners, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions
