System Integrations and Automation * Build and maintain integrations between the website and enterprise platforms including CRM systems, analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, and AI services. * Develop automation workflows that reduce manual processes and improve digital platform reliability. * Implement data collection and instrumentation that supports analytics and reporting. AI-Assisted Development Environment * Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and documentation. * Help manage and improve the AI tool environment used by the digital team. * Develop structured prompts, workflows, and documentation to ensure AI tools are used in a repeatable and controlled development process. * Evaluate and test new AI tools that improve development efficiency.
