Employee Experience Focus - Champions a supportive and engaging employee journey that enables staff to thrive and, in turn, deliver exceptional patient care. ## Description The Work Experience Consultant role, reporting to the Director of Work Experience and Employee Engagement, plays a key role in shaping and enhancing the overall work experience within Grady Health System. This role will be responsible for analyzing employee engagement and experience data, identifying areas for improvement, and advocating actionable solutions to foster a positive work environment. In addition, you will focus on our organization-wide engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives and other key projects and programs to create a meaningful and impactful employee experience for Grady employees.
