This role is ideal for someone who combines strong PLM domain knowledge, hands-on experience with PTC Windchill, and Agile product ownership skills to deliver business value through effective management of enterprise PLM solutions. ## Description The Product Owner - Windchill PLM is a strategic technology leader responsible for driving the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of Rolls-Royce Power Systems' PTC Windchill Product Lifecycle Management environment and associated engineering toolchain. This role bridges engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT, and business stakeholders - combining strong product ownership capabilities with deep technical expertise in Windchill, CAD/ECAD integrations, and Digital Thread principles to deliver measurable business value. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on Windchill experience, a solid understanding of systems engineering concepts, and a passion for enabling engineering excellence through modern PLM solutions.
