## About the Role

* 5+ years of ERP implementation or ERP consulting experience
 * Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Oracle Cloud, or related ERP systems
 * Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations
 * Experience supporting:
 + General Ledger
 + AP/AR
 + Fixed Assets
 + Financial Reporting
 + Procurement
 + Budgeting & Forecasting
 * Experience with data conversions, integrations, and system testing
 * Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
 * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Preferred Experience

 * ERP upgrade, migration, or transformation projects
 * Multi-entity and multi-location environments
 * Manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, construction, or financial services industries
 * CPA, PMP, or ERP certifications are a plus

## Description

* Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to support ERP implementation projects
 * Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow design
 * Configure ERP modules to support business and accounting requirements
 * Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
 * Develop and execute testing plans including UAT and system validation
 * Create process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
 * Support month-end close and reporting requirements during system transitions
 * Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies
 * Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve them
 * Provide post-implementation support and user training
