Join our team and start your journey today!, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field. * 3-7 years of experience supporting UKG (Kronos) Workforce Management. * Hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management * Experience utilizing ServiceNow for incident management, change management, service catalog requests, and workflow management. * Strong understanding of workforce management, payroll processing, and HR business processes. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. ## Description The UKG (Kronos) IT Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and optimization of the UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) platform. This role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate workforce scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, and labor management.
