## About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to support technical enablement initiatives, bootcamps, and workshop delivery. Responsibilities Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption and improve enablement outcomes Travel and deliver sessions onsite as needed Build expertise in emerging technologies and apply them rapidly to enablement content Requirements 3+ years of experience in AI Engineering and software development Proficiency in Python, including advanced backend development Expertise in LangGraph and MLflow, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in each Skills in Databricks, CI/CD, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot Excellent technical storytelling
and communication skills Capability to facilitate hands-on workshops and bootcamps confidently English proficiency at B2 level or higher Nice to have Skills in designing workflows and automation solutions that improve processes and enhance enablement offerings Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development practices
