Preferred Experience: * Experience supporting warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments. * Experience with Active Directory user administration. * Exposure to enterprise networking environments. * Experience supporting warehouse wireless infrastructure. * Familiarity with enterprise printing solutions. * Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications. ## Description * Seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support across our warehouse and office environments. * This role will serve as the primary technical resource supporting warehouse technology including PCs, printers, RF scanners, handheld devices, Wi-Fi connectivity, and user workstations while assisting with basic network administration and infrastructure troubleshooting. * This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Deskside or Service Desk professional looking to expand their skills into networking and infrastructure engineering. * The ideal consultant is customer-focused, enjoys solving technical issues, and has experience supporting warehouse or distribution environments.
