## Description

Defense Holdings, Inc. (DHi) is seeking a Talent Support Manager to assist with managing talent acquisition processes, from recruitment to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment support and will play a key role in helping to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

 * Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
 * Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Communication

 * Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
 * Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate selection criteria.

Reporting & Process Improvement

 * Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles and interview feedback.
 * Work with HR leadership to identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
