 * Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.\n
 * Ability to work standing for extended periods.\n
 * Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to interpret work instructions, documentation, and safety requirements.\n
 * Familiarity with production documentation and SMT software systems.\n, * 2 plus years of SMT experience or relevant experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.\n
 * Experience with SMT equipment, including pick-and-place, reflow oven, SPI, and X-ray.\n
 * Knowledge of IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.\n
 * Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement activities.\n
