 * Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled at resolving complex API and cloud issues with precision and speed.
 * Linux Knowledge: Proficiency with Linux distributions like RedHat and CentOS.
 * DevOps & Agile: Experience with DevOps practices, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and Nexus.
 * Leadership Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.

 * Ensure Reliability & Performance: Oversee the high availability and scalability of API infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
 * Provide Expert Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to API management and cloud environments, offering advanced technical support to clients.
 * Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance API integration across various applications and drive improvements in API consumption strategies.
 * Optimize API Performance: Monitor and fine-tune API performance, addressing scalability and reliability challenges as they arise.
 * Document Best Practices: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, guiding teams on best practices for API management and cloud integration.
