Systems & Languages: * Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, plus Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). * Familiar with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro, and how designs translate to front-end (no coding required). * Fluent in English and Arabic. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: * Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture. * Skilled in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive, accessible design. * Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detail. * Able to manage multiple assignments and deliver quality work on time. ## Description We're looking for a sharp and proactive UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of Boutiqaat's web and mobile experience - from research and wireframes to polished, developer-ready designs that feel intuitive and on-brand. What You'll Be Doing: UX Research & Discovery: * Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover needs and pain points. * Analyze interfaces and user journeys to find opportunities to improve navigation and usability. * Translate requirements and insights into personas, journey maps, and information architecture. * Define and validate concepts through user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes. UI & Visual Design: * Design intuitive, engaging interfaces for web, mobile, and internal platforms. * Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs based on requirements and constraints. * Design responsive layouts, navigation, and visual components for a consistent experience. * Prepare design specs, assets, and handoff documentation for development. Usability & Continuous Improvement: * Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and overall experience. * Conduct usability reviews and gather feedback to recommend improvements. * Ensure solutions stay simple, intuitive, and consistent. * Refine designs continuously using feedback and industry best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: * Work with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, QA, and PMs to shape design solutions. * Join requirement sessions and provide UI/UX recommendations. * Partner with developers to ensure designs are built to spec. * Communicate design concepts and rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Design Systems & Standards: * Develop and maintain the design system, style guides, and UI component libraries. * Ensure consistency in layouts, typography, colors, and visual elements. * Maintain design documentation to support development collaboration. * Ensure interfaces meet branding and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA).
