Knowledge of modern relational databases and Google Big Query is a plus. ## Description As a Software Engineer based out of our New York City Headquarters, you will work with a team that is composed of highly skilled and supportive individuals, with each engineer contributing uniquely to serve our U.S.-based car dealers and manufacturers. The development team oversees and takes ownership of the entire software development life cycle. A successful Software Engineer will: Take ownership of assigned deliverables, both in terms of timeliness and software quality. Develop new software, and enhance existing software, to high standards. Adhere to best practices that enhance user experience, usability, scalability, performance and security. Learn about various components owned by the team and how these components fit within the overall platform.
