This role is responsible for testing configurations, deploying, receiving, and shipping computer equipment and related hardware across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains high standards for accuracy, and ensures all equipment is properly prepared and tracked., + 1-3 years of experience in IT hardware support, testing, or logistics. + Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System. + Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applications. + Familiarity with basic networking concepts and hardware troubleshooting. + Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Valid driver's license (if local deliveries are required). Preferred Skills & Experience + Knowledge of IT asset management systems. + CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. + Experience in a corporate or enterprise environment. + Familiarity with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, DHL portals).
