Parker Hannifin ## Description The Area HR Manager serves as a strategic HR partner responsible for deploying people strategies that support operational performance, business continuity, and measurable business outcomes. This role leads and develops HR professionals while overseeing key HR processes including talent acquisition, team member relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, compensation, benefits, learning and development, inclusion, and engagement.
