## About the Role

* Strong UI/front-end development experience
 * Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x)
 * Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+), and jQuery
 * Experience with AEM component development, Sightly (HTL), and client library management
 * Experience with responsive/mobile-first design and cross-browser compatibility
 * Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Gulp, npm/yarn)
 * Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
 * Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
 * Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools

## Description

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces and reusable AEM components that power our web properties., * Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and client libraries using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery

 * Build responsive, cross-browser compatible UIs following modern front-end best practices
 * Work with Sightly/HTL (HTML Template Language) to bind front-end markup to AEM back-end data
 * Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, functional components
 * Customize and extend AEM''s Touch UI / Classic UI dialogs, widgets, and authoring experience
 * Integrate front-end code with AEM''s Sling framework and back-end Java/OSGi services
 * Optimize page performance, load times, and Core Web Vitals
 * Implement and maintain design systems / component libraries within AEM
 * Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD deployment processes
 * Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects across authoring and publish environments
 * Ensure accessibility (WCAG/ADA) compliance across all developed components
 * Collaborate with backend AEM developers, QA, and content authors in an Agile/Scrum environment.
