## Description

The Sr. System Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining core IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, performance, and security across the organization. This role supports both on-premises and cloud-based environments and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting., * Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Windows Server environments

 * Administer and optimize virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
 * Support and maintain Citrix application environments
 * Manage cloud-hosted infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
 * Develop and apply Microsoft Group Policies; handle server administration tasks
 * Monitor and tune server performance to meet organizational needs
 * Automate processes using PowerShell and other scripting/utilities
 * Lead patch management to ensure system security and compliance
 * Implement and maintain enterprise backup solutions
 * Administer cybersecurity tools and monitor system logs for security events
 * Perform vulnerability management and remediation
 * Administer, patch, and maintain SAN systems and server hardware
