## About the Role

Possession of a bachelor's degree with not less than 21 semester (32 term) credits in one or a combination of the following: computer science, data processing, computer information systems, data communications, networking, systems analysis, computer programming, information assurance, IT project management or mathematics., Three years of professional experience equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator P11 or one year equivalent to an Information Technology Infrastructure, Programmer/Analyst or IT Project Coordinator 12.

Alternate Education and Experience

Three years of experience as a computer programming supervisor or Information Technology

Supervisor may be substituted for the education and experience.

## Description

First level supervisor responsible for project management staff in the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting MDHHS. Provide oversight and leadership for the project management functions supporting the agencies. Provide mentoring and support to senior and junior project managers to ensure that the State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE) methodology is consistently followed. Interface with Agency Services managers. Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution., In accordance with federal law, all new employees must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within three business days of beginning employment . DTMB Human Resources uses E-Verify in conjunction with the federal I-9 form to verify authorization of employment. DTMB does not participate in STEM-OPT.
