In this role, you will work remotely and report directly to our Cyber Security Director., This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of our Privilege Identity (PI) applications and monitoring the daily operations of our SIEM services that are part of the core Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure. Additionally, the role is responsible for end user escalations, documentation updates, and to review processes and procedures to enhance the end user experience regarding PI and SIEM processes.
