 * Experience with launching NPI products in the compute, networking, and infrastructure fields.
 * Ability to identify organizational needs, establish priorities, work separately, drive results through informal authority, serve as a trusted consultant to key business partners, and represent users and customers.
 * Ability to lead teams of self-sustaining individuals with experience earning credibility based on knowledge and accomplishments.

## Description

* Scope, plan, and manage programs, including management of associated financial and human resources, quality of software development and features, risks, schedules, communication plans, and deliverables.
 * Provide management with forecasts of project deliverables and detailed status updates.
 * Present the teams analyses, recommendations, and approaches to stakeholders and executive management.
 * Initiate new software development programs, identify and deliver software features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency, based on prioritized needs.
