## Description

As an HVAC Field Service Supervisor, you will:

 * Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
 * Supervise daily field operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
 * Assist technicians with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and technical support in the field and remotely
 * Monitor and improve team productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction
 * Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience
 * Review and audit work orders, service reports, and payroll for accuracy
 * Conduct job site visits, vehicle inspections, and equipment audits
 * Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, materials, and company assets
 * Coordinate with dispatch to optimize scheduling and job assignments
 * Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local codes
