## Description

We are looking for an EUC/Desktop Support Engineer with 5-8 years of experience to join a long-term onsite project in Redmond, WA., * End-user and desktop support for Windows and macOS

 * Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, VPN and network connectivity
 * Support SCCM, Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
 * Support MDM/MAM and Multi-Factor Authentication
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive
 * Support Active Directory and Group Policy
 * Manage ServiceNow tickets and incidents
 * Handle software deployments, OS upgrades and endpoint issues
 * Escalate complex issues to L2/SME teams when required
